The world is not changed by the status quo, it is transformed when we step out in the boldness and assurance that God is with us and for us.
Lives, neighborhoods, cities and nations are inexorably and undeniably changed when we step out. God has promised it to his people.

Ask God what you should give. Seek Him and let the Holy Spirit speak to you about your pledge. Let faith rise up on the inside of you.
A pledge requires a stretch of faith. How much of the pledge will come out of what you have? How much from an act of sacrifice? And how much are you trusting God to provide above and beyond?
You must decide in your heart how much to give. Come to a decision, settle it in your heart and spirit and stick with it.
Press on toward the goal you set with God. When we place our faith securely in God, not wavering, we position ourselves to receive from Him.

Vision Builders is a time for me to intentionally plan how I will participate financially in the building of the House of God in the city. The book of Haggai talks about "going up to the mountain and bringing down timber to build the house of God," and I believe this is my response to that instruction.
